MEDIUM VELOCITY WATER SPRAY SYSTEM
Automatic Deluge operated water spray system with automatic detection. Suitable for fires involving liquids with flash point temp. C such as LPG plants, storage tanks, cable vaults, storage sheds, bullets & spheres.
HIGH VELOCITY WATER SPRAY SYSTEM
Automatic Deluge operated water spray system with automatic detection Suitable for fires involving liquids with flash point temp. C & above such as transformers, lube oil tanks etc.
FIXED FOAM SYSTEM AND FIRE MONITORS
Low, medium or high expansion foam for cooling & choking effect for extinguishing fire in tank farms, aircraft hangers, chemical & petro- chemical industry.
CARBON DI-OXIDE FLOODING SYSTEM
Automatic flooding & extinguishing by displacement of air with automatic detection. Suitable for paint spray booths, drying ovens, EDP installations, indoor transformers, Generators, etc.
DRY CHEMICAL SYSTEM
ABC, AB or metal powder stored in containers & discharged through nozzles & expellant on automatic / manual detection. Suitable for abrupt extinguishing such as chemicals industry, engine test beds, gas & chemical tankers.
CLEAN AGENT SYSTEM
Clean agent fire suppression is used to extinguish a fire in high value spaces such as IT data centres, communication centres, equipment vaults, turbines, generators museum archives, and MRI & CAT scan rooms. In these spaces water may not be as effective, not available, or could cause irreparable damage to sensitive materials. Generally, these gases are odourless, non-corrosive, non-conductive and non- toxic and are specifically intended to not harm equipment or personnel. There are several agents available and depending upon the hazard, we can custom design a system to fit a customer’s needs.
OFF ROAD FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS
Off Road Fire Suppression Systems are used on mobile heavy equipment, such as earth moving, mining, landfill, forestry, steel, paper & pulp, mass transit, and mass transit industries.
SPECIALISED INDUSTRIAL FIRE SYSTEMS
Specialist Industrial System to machinery. Such as dry chemical – powder system, for Vehicle Paint Spray Booth and Paint Spray rooms.
Service, repair, install and sell restaurant fire systems and industrial fire systems, according NFPA 96, 17&17A, and local authority having jurisdiction.
TESTING AND REPAIR
Afire has years of experience in testing and inspections of all major fire/ life safety systems in commercial and industrial facilities and are familiar with the regulations of all major fire jurisdictions throughout Africa.
Our emphasis on ensuring we have a team available 24/7 for emergency repairs has ensured we maintain a high level of service to our clients.
INSPECTIONS
Certified testing and inspections under SANS 10287, ASIB and NFPA, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, testing of fire sprinkler system and clean agent fire suppression.
